I believe in people.

And I believe in technology.

When the two work together, they build stronger, faster, and better companies ready for tomorrow.

How I See Good Work

  • Simpler structures and clear roles lead to better outcomes. Embrace change, then do it again and again—until it becomes second nature.

  • Technology should serve people. The right tools make work easier, faster, and more human.

  • Culture is how people behave when no one’s watching. Trust, ownership, and honesty matter more than slogans.

  • Recognition comes from consistency. When values and actions match, people notice.

About

With a background in architecture and a degree in interior design, I have been trained to keenly observe how people interact with space, light, and materials, using these insights to create effective and thoughtful design solutions.

Over the years, this skill set has driven my passion for identifying opportunities for improvement within every work process I encounter. This analytical approach has led me to a diverse career spanning marketing, service design, business design, digitalization, optimization, and more—all unified by a focus on problem-solving.

Currently, I am solving problems at REM, where we design and produce complex modular buildings. I am also working toward gaining a Master's in Economics.
